Fast forward to Today Sept 25thI still don't have a veneers that fit. I have made over 4 impressions, sent over 20 photos, called over 50 times. Asked for a refund and was refused. Complained to the BBB of Fort Worth TX and they lied to them and told them I didn't give them a chance to fulfill their obligation and didn't send them pictures or proper impressions. I just got for the 2nd time in the past 6 months a shipment that was supposed to be the adjusted veneers, and it turned out to be only the bottom arch.
This happened a couple of months ago where they sent me two bottom arches. These people are total Frauds and they refuse to refund me my money even though it has been over a year and I still don't have veneers that fit. They seem to believe that they can keep this going forever and will not refund me my money. I know that if you have a problem with your teeth or your smile their ads, pricing and the way they say it's so easy will seem very enticing to you but resist the temptation to patronage this business.
The one thing I've learned in life is that you are seldom the only one who has experienced a problem so I know there are others that have had bad dealings with this company but to look at their website you wouldn't know this and all you want is a solution to your dental issues. This company is not the solution!
This company will only make your problem worse cause the money I spent with them I could have used with another company for a new pair of dentures and never had to spend more than a year of my life dealing with this company. I ordered both top and bottom. I received the veneers yesterday and I was so excited! I wore mine for 6 hours. I met friends for dinner that same day and I couldn't talk, drink or eat!
I was so upset. I contacted customer service today and spoke with a nice lady. I explained everything to her. Food and liquid go into both sets and they do not fit my gum lines. The top veneer CUT my upper inside of my lip. I can not talk correctly, eat or drink anything. They simply do not fit. I believe in giving every company another chance so I'm waiting on customer service to follow up with me.
I ordered and received top and bottom arches. The look fake and feel like plastic, and the color was so far from my own teeth. The top kept falling and they really hurt. I looked like I had a bunch of Hollywood white plastic in my mouth.
Press On Veneers Independent Review - Cost, Pros and Cons
I was constantly swallowing and my son laughed when I tried to talk with them because I sounded ridiculous! I returned mine to the company with photos of how awful they fit. It's been at least 2 months and I have not received even a courtesy call from this company. I would not recommend these to anyone. I paid over a thousand dollars - a lot of money to a company to have them ignore you.
My husband saw this website for removable, cosmetic veneers and gave me the link. It seemed to be legit, until I started asking questions. The answers were not satisfactory.
They do not accept Care Credit, and they require that if you have any dental work that needs to be done, you must do that before the veneer process. If you have a Care Credit account, you know they cover veterinary bills, dental bills, and vision services. I realize that this is a cosmetic procedure, but you'd think they would be signed up to accept Care Credit, if they were as good as they claim they are.
I explained to them that I was on a fixed income and that I needed these veneers to interview as I'm trying to get off of SSDI and find work full-time.
They said that they would make it easier for me to pay, but they wouldn't even start the work on my veneers until they were paid in full. While I understand the reasons behind this, I can get jewelry on "Flex Pay" on the first installment, interest free, so why can't this company get its act together and handle it the same way? Red flags and warning signs went up after texting with two different customer service representatives online and getting strange, evasive answers to my questions.
I decided to do an internet search on reviews of Brighter Image to see if they were legit. From the reviews I read, not one person was pleased with their results. I'm glad I never gave this company any money and did my research first before agreeing to a procedure. If it sounds too good to be true, buyer beware. There are no cheap, quick fixes to bad teeth. This company has a good idea, but they can't back up what they claim to be able to do.
Wow I don't know where to begin, I didn't see these bad post on yelp before I purchase but for starters they kept changing the price when I was inquiring, I decided to give it a try for several reasons. It was very difficult to do the imprints and I had to redo, they never did get the veneers right and after they tried to fix after I got them back they were fitting properly, a d most embarrassing my close friends had anew name for me, doggie teeth, which I hated.
I ended up losing the veneers and decided to contact them and see what they would work out since they never got back to me to see if they were proper.
They were too thick and looked just likes cookie cutter mold not teeth and natural indentions. Let's take a look!
